How does Waixo work?

Waixo offers you the easiest and most convenient way to customize fabric from your own home, workshop, or store. We use the latest digital textile printing technologies to turn your ideas into fabric. It's very simple:

  1. Decide which fabric you want to print on. If you have doubts or want to be sure of your decision, we have a textile sample book with 21 printed fabrics so you can see their different finishes and qualities.
  2. Send us your design.
  3. Choose the fabric and the number of meters you want.
  4. If you need or want any additional services, Waixo also offers:
    • Textile graphic design services
    • Textile graphic designs from our community that you can choose from
    • Fabrics with solid colors or already printed in stock
    • Cutting and sewing

When I send my design to be printed on fabric, will other users be able to see it?

When you send a design to Waixo, you are only giving the order for it to be printed on the meters you choose; no one else will be able to see or use them, they are completely confidential.

 

In what format and resolution do I need to send the designs?

In PSD, JPG or PNG format, and with a resolution between 150 – 300 ppi. You can send us your designs to info@waixo.com, and if their file size is too large, you can use WeTransfer to send them.

 

When washing printed fabrics, do the prints fade or lose color?

All the fabrics and digital printing types we use are designed for specific use in the fashion sector, so color fastness is assured.

 

What is the minimum yardage I can purchase?

You can order from 1 meter of sample for the fabrics listed in our sample book, and only whole meters (no decimals) are produced. If you want us to print your own fabric or work with one not available in our sample book, contact info@waixo.com.

 

What are the prices for different yardages?

    • For productions above 10 meters, you can view the indicative fabric rates at the following link: https://waixo.com/tarifas.
 
    • For samples or orders between 1 and 10 meters, request a quote at info@waixo.com.
 

How are sample books and fabric productions shipped?

    • The sample book is sent via regular mail and arrives, approximately, within 3 business days to the mailbox of the provided address. This option is used so that the shipping costs do not exceed the cost of the sample book itself.
 
    • For productions, certified shipping is done through a transport agency.
 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, for shipments to Europe, America, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, or other destinations, rates vary. Please contact info@waixo.com for more information.

 

Where can I see the weight, composition, and width of the fabrics?

All this information is included in the rates table.

 

How can I formalize the payment?

The process begins by opening the client file. Send us your billing and shipping information to info@waixo.com, and we will send you the quote and additional information for payment formalization.

 

What is the delivery time?

      • Currently, the delivery time is 1 week for synthetic fiber fabrics and 4-5 weeks for natural fiber fabrics like cotton.
     
    • We are working to significantly reduce these lead times, and information will be updated regularly.
