  • How can I print my design or idea on fabric?

    Waixo offers you the easiest and most convenient way to customize fabric from your own home, workshop, or store. We use the latest digital textile printing technologies to turn your ideas into fabric. It's very simple:

    1. If you already have your design or file ready to print, you can upload it directly to our website here, and choose the length and fabric you want us to produce with your design.
    2. If you have the idea but not the necessary tools to develop a design, you can contact us at info@waixo.com explaining your idea so that it can be developed by our Textile Graphic Design Department.

  • What fabrics can I print on?

    At Waixo, we offer a wide range of fabrics you can print on; you can access them here.

    All our fabrics are specially selected for optimal printing, achieving excellent color, abrasion resistance, and wash durability.

  • What are the prices for printing on fabric?

    At Waixo, we have developed a price calculator where you can check the rates for fabric printing.

    1. Select the "Fabric Printing" option.
    2. Choose the fabric you want to print on.
    3. Pick your option: whether you will print with your own designs, customize designs from our collection, or create a custom solid color.
    4. Indicate the meters you want; you will be able to dynamically modify the price and see the discounts per linear meter based on the chosen length.

    At Waixo, you will always benefit from the best possible price. We adjust our prices from the very first meter to offer you the most competitive rate on the market.

  • Can I print my own fabrics, what are the fees?

    Yes, as a first step, send us the composition of the fabrics to info@waixo.com and we will inform you about the technology to be used for printing. Also, send us the designs and, for each design, the fabric reference and the number of meters you want to print.

    With this information, we will create the order, and you will receive an email with a link so you can verify and process the order.

    You must send the fabric to the address of our production plant. Please include your details in the package so that we can correctly receive the fabric and assign it to you for subsequent printing:

  • How can I request samples?

    The sample request is an important step in custom projects to ensure 100% that the fabric you receive is the one that fits your textile project. We offer a specialized service for the preparation of samples where you can create your own sample book to see and touch the different textures we offer.

    The most common questions when it comes to printing are usually related to the texture of the fabrics being sought and the final resulting colors.

    TEXTURES 

    Through this link you can access the different options we offer to feel the textures of the fabrics: All the Sample Books

    All these samples come pre-printed with a flamingo and flower design, and they also have horizontal "white" bands (they’re not actually white, but uncolored) that show the natural color of the base fabric.

    A.- Create your own Sample Book

    • Here you can choose up to 5 free samples, and freely select which fabric references you want to complete your fabric sample book. Additional samples cost €1 + VAT, and the shipping fee is €5.95 to mainland Spain.

     

    B.- Pre-made sample books (the first 5 samples are always free):

     

    C.- One very popular alternative among our clients is printing 1 meter of fabric (the minimum for synthetic and/or recycled fibers). In this meter, our clients create a positional print along the width of the fabric and include variations in colors, brightness, contrast, and other parameters, coding each variation with a number or letter, so they receive several alternative designs in 1 linear meter and can choose the one that best fits what they're looking for.

    COLORS

    To guarantee 100% that you achieve the colors you're looking for, the tool to use is the Color Charts. We have created a post on our blog that describes the available options and how to use them.

  • How should I prepare my designs for printing?

    The files must be prepared in JPG format and with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi.

    We always recommend working in CMYK with the Froga 39 Coated profile; files can be sent in other profiles without issue, but we recommend CMYK Frogra39 Coated because, in case the file causes problems in the printing process (these problems are rare but occasionally occur due to excess ink coverage in files sent by clients), we will be able to offer you a valid solution that does not alter the original features of your file and its result.

    If the file is in RGB or sRGB or others, modifying the file to avoid these problems is more complex.

    The files you send contain color and measurement information. If you want any modifications in color or size, before placing your order, write to us at info@waixo.com and we’ll help you prepare your file for correct printing.

    To be able to place the order directly online, the file size must be less than 120 MB. If your files are larger, don’t worry—send your designs to info@waixo.com via Wetransfer, Drive, Dropbox or similar, and for each design, please indicate the fabric reference and the number of meters you want. We will process the order for you.

  • Do you offer textile graphic design services?

    Yes, at Waixo you have a Graphic Design department specialized in Textile at your service. Before placing an order, if you have any questions regarding file preparation for printing, consult us at info@waixo.com

    Among the most common services requested by our clients are:

    • Repeating an image: in many cases you have the idea but you don't know how to transfer it to fabric by repeating it correctly. We can repeat any image you send us.
    • Color changes: you have a design but would like to use other shades. Send us what you want to do at info@waixo.com and we will try to help you.
    • Sample preparation: our clients often ask us to prepare files in 1 linear meter with different alternatives to their original design to see the results and choose the best option.
    • Replicating physical samples: our clients have fabrics they cannot find and want to develop similar designs.
    • Design development based on client sketches: our clients have something in mind that they need to translate into fabrics, and we help them throughout the entire process.

    The procedure is simple:

    1. The first step is to send us an email at info@waixo.com detailing as much as possible what you need. The more precise the information, the better we can quote, as we will be able to adjust the price by knowing exactly what you want. It's important to send sketches, images, and/or as much information as possible to help us estimate the work required from our designers.
    2. We will send you a quote via email.
    3. If you accept it, we will create the order for you. You will receive an email to verify and process the order. Once processed, our team will get to work on the requested task.
    4. We will send you the result by email and from there, if you want to have it printed on fabric, you can request the order of the fabric with that personalized design and the meters you want to produce.

  • Are there minimum order requirements?

    You can order from 1 meter in any of our synthetic fibers and from 20 meters in our natural fibers. Orders are placed by whole meters; we cannot send fractions of a meter. If you want us to print your own fabric or work with one that is not available in our sample collection, please contact info@waixo.com.

  • Are there rates for professionals?

    Yes, Waixo is a platform open to both professionals and enthusiasts. We always offer the best prices and automatically recalculate the price based on the fabric and the total number of meters. For orders up to around 125 meters, the prices published on our website apply: Rate Calculator, which offers discounts per meter starting from 1 linear meter— the higher the meterage, the greater the reduction in the price per linear meter. For quantities above this meterage, you can contact us at info@waixo.com and we can provide you with a personalized proposal.

Printed Fabrics:
  • How can I request samples?

    You can request samples on the product page of each fabric by clicking on "Request Sample."

     

    A new screen will open, where by clicking on the "+" button you can include up to 5 designs in the chosen fabric.

    You will receive a sample in the selected fabric with the 5 chosen designs in a size of 25 cm x 37 cm.

    You can also create your printed samples from here: Request Printed Samples . First, you should choose the texture of the fabric you want, and then add up to 5 designs from the available catalog, currently offering more than 1,000 designs to choose from.

Plain Coloured Fabrics:
  • How can I request samples?

    At Waixo you can ensure you get the exact texture and plain color you’re looking for with 100% confidence. To do this, you can request samples on the product page for each fabric by clicking "Add Sample".

    A new screen will open, where you’ll see the sample you’ll receive: the fabric in your chosen color along with the full range of colors surrounding it. This way, you can view all the colors in the selected color family (oranges, reds, purples, neutrals – blacks, greys, and pastel colors –, browns, pinks, etc.)

    If you want to see all the color charts we offer, you can access them here: Color Charts. You can choose the complete Color Chart (with 1,900 colors) and select which fabric you want it in, or pick a specific color chart by color family (only blues, only greens, only yellows...)

    Having a Color Chart in a synthetic and/or recycled fiber fabric is sufficient to check the colors. We recommend that you later add samples to view the different textures and to see the subtle differences in color between various types of synthetic and/or recycled fiber fabrics.

    If you request different color charts, we recommend choosing the same type of fabric and, as mentioned, later selecting samples to see the different textures of the other fabrics.

    For natural fibers, the Natural Fibers Color Chart is available; again, we recommend later selecting samples to view the different textures of the other fabrics.

  • How can I place an order?

    Print on Fabric: If you are looking to print your own design on fabric, go to “Design Your Fabric” inside the main menu, and on the right click on "Upload Your Design". Then select the fabric you want to print on and the number of meters to produce.

    Fabrics in Their Natural Color: if you are looking for natural fabric, go here and on each product sheet select "Fabric in Natural Color", then indicate the meters you want.

     

    Printed Fabrics: If you want to order any of our printed fabrics, go to the menu “Printed Fabrics” and look for the fabric and print combination you like the most. You can use the search bar at the top of the page or the filters on the left-hand side. You can also use the menu by clicking “Quick Actions” to search by design/print.

    Solid Color Fabrics: If you are looking for solid color fabrics, go to Colored Fabrics and find the fabric and color combination you like the most. You can use the search bar at the top of the page or the filters on the left-hand side. You can also use the menu by clicking “Quick Actions” to search by CMYK color.

     

    When you find the fabric you are looking for, click the Add to Basket button and you will see the list of items you have added. You can make all the changes you want, such as changing the number of meters or removing an item from the cart. You can continue shopping by closing the basket or clicking outside, and if you have everything in the basket and want to place the order, then click the Checkout button.

    If this is your first purchase, you will need to fill out the form with all your details in order for us to deliver your order properly. If you are already a registered customer, you only need to click the Log in button and enter your username and password.

    Select the shipping method and then your preferred payment method. You can also indicate if you want an invoice by clicking “I want an invoice” and adding your billing information. If everything is correct, you will see on the screen that the order has been placed and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

  • Can I receive an order within 24h/48h?

    There are two manufacturing options, Express or Urgent, for synthetic or recycled fabrics:

     

    EXPRESS MANUFACTURING

    Your order will be manufactured within 48 hours (business days) after it is confirmed. This involves a 25% surcharge on the value of your order, with a minimum of €25. Once manufactured, the customer will be notified to pick it up, or an urgent shipment will be arranged through the transport company MRW, so that delivery can be made within the next 24 hours.

     

    URGENT MANUFACTURING

    Your order will be manufactured within 24 hours (business days) after it is confirmed. This involves a 50% surcharge on the value of your order, with a minimum of €35. Once manufactured, the customer will be notified to pick it up, or an urgent shipment will be arranged through the transport company MRW, so that delivery can be made within the next 24 hours.

  • How can I request samples?

    Depending on the product you want to make or purchase, there are different sample alternatives.

    1- If you want to customize your own fabric/print your design on fabric, we recommend you these possibilities to acquire samples.

    2- If you want to purchase our printed fabrics, you can see samples of these fabrics or designs in advance; we explain it here.

    3- If you want to purchase our solid color fabrics, you can see samples/color charts in advance; we explain it here.

  • How can I find out the prices?

    The easiest way to find out about our rates and volume discounts is by using the "Rate Calculator".

    First, you need to select whether you want to check the printing on fabric rates, the printed and plain fabric rates, or the rates for fabrics in their natural color (white/raw).

    Then, simply choose the fabric you want and by changing the meterage you will see how the rates are adjusted as you increase the number of meters.

  • What are the Manufacturing and Delivery Times?

    Manufacturing lead times differ depending on the printing technology used:

    SYNTHETIC AND/OR RECYCLED FABRICS

    The manufacturing or preparation lead time for this type of fibers is 5-7 working days, although generally all orders are shipped within 5 days or less.

    NATURAL FIBER

    The manufacturing lead time for cotton fiber is 25 working days. It is recommended to place this type of order with good planning, as the lead times are longer.

    DELIVERY TIMES

    The delivery times within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), once the order has been manufactured/prepared, are contracted by default with the transport company MRW and are 24 hours from shipment and order pickup. Some delays may occur depending on the destination branch, delivery issues due to customer absence, or other reasons, although delivery times are met in the vast majority of shipments.

    There is also the possibility for the customer to collect their order from our production facilities or send their own courier to pick up the order. To choose this option, simply click on "I will pick up my order" when placing it.

  • To which countries do you ship the items?

    We currently ship to almost all European countries. Orders can be placed directly through the website, with shipping included, for mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.

  • What are the shipping costs to the Balearic Islands?

    Shipments to the Balearic Islands carry a surcharge of €12 + VAT for packages up to 3 kilograms (the total shipping cost is €16.92 + VAT). For packages over this weight, please contact us at info@waixo.com and we will provide you with a shipping quote based on your order.

    To place an order to the Balearic Islands, please send your order to info@waixo.com and we will register it internally. You will then receive an email with a link to complete your payment.

    The delivery time to the Balearic Islands is between 2-3 business days.

  • Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
    Our clients from Canarias send the transport agency they hire themselves to pick up their orders from our facilities.
     
    To place orders for Canarias, you must request your order via email; internally, we will process it and send you an email with a link so you can verify and process it.
     
    Once the order is ready, we send an email with the weight information, package dimensions, and pick-up address along with the pick-up code so that you can hire the transport agency of your choice, which will collect your order from our facilities and deliver it to your home.
     
    For shipping, our clients hire transport agencies such as MRW, Seur, Correos Express, Packlink, or similar, which handle the pick-up at our facilities and delivery to your home.

  • Do I have to pay anything when I receive my order?

    Both the payment for the order and the shipping costs are made when placing the order via the website; no additional payment is required upon receiving the order.

  • When will I receive my order?

    To check the status of your order, simply log in to My Account > My Orders > and look at the Order Status column.

    Once your order is manufactured and prepared, we will send you an email with the tracking link so you can know where your order is at all times.

    If, when placing the order, you chose to pick it up yourself or with your own courier agency, an email will be sent with all the details, package measurements, and weight, along with the order code and name, so the order can be collected correctly.

    The manufacturing and delivery time varies according to the fiber types of the fabric to be printed:

    Synthetic and/or recycled fiber fabrics for Printing

    Synthetic and/or recycled fiber fabrics Printed

    Synthetic and/or recycled fiber fabrics in Solid Colors

    • They are produced within 5–10 business days, although they are usually made in less than a week.
    • The standard delivery service is 24H, although delivery delays may occur depending on the capacity of the destination branch.
    • For orders where you selected at checkout “Urgent Service 24H” or “Express Service 48H”, your order will be manufactured within 24H or 48H, and a Premium 24H delivery service is hired, which offers greater guarantees of deliverability than the standard 24H delivery service.

  • Can I track my order at all times?

    Yes! As soon as your order is manufactured and ready, we will send you an email with the tracking link so you can know where your order is at all times.

    If you have chosen during the checkout process to pick it up yourself or with your own courier, an email will be sent with all the details, package dimensions and weight, along with the order code and name to ensure the delivery is completed correctly.

  • How can I modify or cancel my order?

    CANCEL: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been sent to the printing plotters. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@waixo.com and provide your order number so that we can process the cancellation. If the order is already in production, we cannot cancel it.

    MODIFY: If you want to change or add any fabric, as long as it has not already been sent to the printing plotters, or modify the shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number so that we can make the changes. If it is outside customer service hours (from 09:00H to 17:00H), you can email us at info@waixo.com.

  • What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notice or will try to contact you so that you can get in touch with the courier office and arrange a second delivery. Normally, this will be scheduled for the following day, although the time slot will be determined by the carrier. You will also have the option to pick up the package directly at the local branch of the carrier in your area.

  • How can I request an invoice?

    To check the status of your order, you just need to go to My account > My orders > and look at the Order Status column.

    As soon as your order is manufactured and ready, we will send you an email with the tracking link so you can always know where your order is.

    If you selected at checkout that you will pick up your order personally or through your own agency, an email will be sent with all the information, package measurements, and weight, along with your order code and name to ensure correct delivery.

    The production and delivery times vary depending on the fibers of the fabric type to be printed:

    Synthetic and/or recycled fiber fabrics:

    • They are manufactured within 5-10 working days, although they are usually produced in less than a week.
    • The standard delivery service is 24H, however, delays may occur depending on the capacity of the destination branch.
    • For orders where you have selected “Urgent 24H Service” or “Express 48H Service” during processing, your order will be manufactured within that 24H or 48H timeframe, with a Premium 24H delivery service that has higher delivery guarantees than the standard 24H service.

     

    Natural fiber fabrics:

    • They are manufactured in a minimum of 25 working days. For these fibers, we recommend planning orders at least a month and a half in advance.
    • The standard delivery service is 24H, however, delays may occur depending on the capacity of the destination branch.

     

    In the case of bank transfers, the production and delivery period will be calculated from the validation of the payment.

    IMPORTANT: Your order will be delivered when all items in the order are available.

  • Can I visit your facilities?

    Yes, our facilities can be visited; however, to see and/or touch the fabrics, our customers have access to them on the website in the "Muestrarios" menu.

    Visits will be attended to for matters that cannot be handled through online channels. We work with client designs (designers, fashion brands, etc.) that require confidentiality. For this reason, we do not offer in-person service at our facilities except by appointment and for specific requests, in order to preserve the confidentiality of the designs we work with. Photographs cannot be taken inside the facilities, nor is access permitted to the areas where fabrics are manufactured.

    You will be attended by a member of our team according to your specific needs.
