The base fabric is the Windbreaker Waterproof Fabric - Target, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 116 gr/m2 and 145 cm wide. The solid printed color is Matte Red, which uses 15% cyan, 80% magenta, 69% yellow, and 4% black ink. This shade of red has a passionate, vibrant, and energizing character, making it ideal for sportswear and fashion garments. In addition, its combination with black and white creates elegant and modern contrasts.
The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing. Waterproofing is one of its main characteristics, making it an excellent option for garments that need protection against moisture. Its thin texture gives it a soft and silky feel to the touch, making it very comfortable to wear. The matte red color printed on the fabric is also water-resistant.
The applications of the Windbreaker Waterproof Fabric - Target are diverse, such as sports clothing for men, women, and children, fashion jackets, and down jackets. Its use in raincoats is also ideal, thanks to its waterproofing. All these applications are due to its high resistance to moisture.
For the care of the fabric, it is important to remember that it should not be bleached, nor washed at a temperature above 40ºC. It should not be dry cleaned and ironing should be at a cool temperature. In addition, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture the Windbreaker Waterproof Fabric - Target is polyester sublimation. This process uses special inks that turn into gas when subjected to high temperatures and pressure, allowing them to be permanently fixed to the fabric. This printing method is widely used in the textile industry, as it not only guarantees high print quality but is also very durable and resistant to wear and washing.
