Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm

The base fabric of our piece is the fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm. It is composed of 100% polyester and has a weight of 70 gr/m2, with a width of 145 cm. Printed on one side using sublimation technology, the fabric shines in a bright orange-gold color. Its color palette consists of cyan 10, magenta 34, yellow 65, and black 1, with a CMYK color profile of 10 34 65 1. This vibrant secondary color combines perfectly with a warm color palette, such as reds and browns, or even a cool color palette like blue and green, achieving greater intensity.

The fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm has unique characteristics that make it perfect for a range of applications. It is water-resistant and highly impermeable, making it ideal for winter jackets, raincoats, shower curtains, among others. Additionally, the fabric is textured and thin to the touch, making it soft and comfortable to wear in all types of daily wear garments.

Regarding the printed color, it is consistent and uniform across the entire surface. The fabric is printed on one side, which means the color does not bleed through the fabric, which gives it great durability and wear resistance, in addition to preventing fading over time.

In terms of care, this type of fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and cannot be bleached. The garment is not suitable for dry cleaning or tumble drying. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature to avoid damaging the characteristics of the fabric.

Finally, sublimation technology is a process by which an impression is made on a polyester surface using extremely high heat and specific pressure. The ink is absorbed into the fibers of the fabric, creating a permanent and durable print. This process is ideal for Storm fabric, as the printed color does not fade over time or wear out with use.
