Description

The base fabric for this material is the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The printed color is marigold yellow with a CMYK of 0 49 93 0, indicating high saturation of yellow and magenta, with virtually no cyan or black. The resulting color is a bright and cheerful yellow, with an orange tint and great intensity. This color pairs well with neutral tones such as grays, whites, and blacks, as well as complementary colors like blue and green.

It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color exclusively on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is fixed on the surface of the fabric and does not penetrate its interior.

Regarding general characteristics, this fabric features a waterproof and water-resistant (hydrophobic) finish, with a thin and smooth texture to the touch, making it perfect for fashion garments such as jackets and raincoats, as well as home items like shower curtains. It is also ideal for sports use thanks to its resistance and lightness.

Additionally, the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm is easy to care for, as it can be washed at temperatures up to 40ºC and ironed at a low temperature. It is not recommended to bleach or dry clean it, and it should not be tumble dried.

Finally, the technology used to print this fabric is sublimation, which is a direct printing process whereby an image is printed onto transfer paper using special inks, which are then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This method allows for high-quality and durable prints without compromising the flexibility and breathability of the fabric.
