The base fabric we are discussing is the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, a technical textile made of 100% polyester. Its weight is 70 gr/m2 and its width is 145 cm. The plain printed color is Straw Yellow, with a content of 15 Cyan, 8 Magenta, 66 Yellow, and 0 Black in CMYK. This plain color combines perfectly with neutral tones such as gray or white, or darker tones such as dark blue or forest green.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This printing technique allows colors to be reproduced with great fidelity and sharpness.
Storm fabric is waterproof and water-resistant thanks to its water-repellent finish, making it an excellent option for making garments such as jackets or raincoats for the winter season. In addition, its thin and smooth texture makes it ideal for shower curtains in the home.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning and should be ironed at a cool temperature, without using a tumble dryer.
Finally, it is worth noting that the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure from a special paper to the fabric. This process allows designs and desired colors to be reproduced with great detail and sharpness on the Storm fabric, obtaining a high-quality and durable result.
