Description

The base fabric in question is the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, a technical fabric made of 100% Polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Maerz-Paul Cadet Grey, formed by a combination of four inks in the following order: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black in a proportion of 51, 37, 35, and 16 respectively. This color is a dark grey with a warm tone, resembling a military shade. It is a color that combines perfectly with green and ochre tones, giving the garment an elegant military aesthetic.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows the intensity of the colors to remain for a long time without fading. The Storm fabric has a thin, smooth texture and its finish is water-repellent, giving it impermeability. The plain printed color is water-resistant, thus preventing the color from running or fading when in contact with water.

Among the applications and uses of the Storm fabric, highlights include the making of jackets for men and women, shower curtains for the home, and raincoats and sports jackets for men, women, and children. This fabric is ideal for the winter season thanks to its water-repellent finish that makes it resistant to water.

It is important to note that this fabric requires certain care for its maintenance, such as avoiding bleaching, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing it with cold temperature, and not tumble drying. In addition, the garment does not allow dry cleaning.

The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a digital printing process that is performed directly on the fabric by transferring ink through heat and pressure. This process allows the print to be durable and water-resistant, thus preventing the color from running or fading when in contact with liquids.
