The base fabric is a fine, water-repellent fabric called Storm, made of technical weave and 100% polyester, with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is pilot blue, with a cyan ink of 73, magenta of 50, yellow of 44 and black of 35, which gives us a CMYK of 73 50 44 35. This color is a medium tone that represents stability and trust, being the perfect complement for white, gray, black, and orange.
This color printed on the Storm base fabric has a waterproof and water-repellent finish, with a thin and smooth texture to the touch. The applications and uses that can be given to this printed fabric are varied and wide, from fashion for men and women such as jackets, to home textiles such as shower curtains and also sportswear such as raincoats and sports jackets for all ages. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it cannot be bleached and it is recommended to wash at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, no dry cleaning and ironing at cold temperature. It cannot be tumble dried either.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which implies that the ink is transferred directly from a printer to the fabric using heat and pressure. In this way, a sharp and durable result is achieved in the printing on the fabric, which does not fade easily and remains in good condition over time. With all these attributes, the Storm base fabric and its plain printed color are an excellent option for a wide variety of applications and uses, without forgetting the necessary care to keep it in optimal conditions.
