The base fabric of this textile is Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is a fabric with a waterproof finish and granulated and rough textures, which gives it a very resistant and durable appearance. The solid printed color is fandango pink, with a CMYK of 8 80 19 0, which means it is a warm and vibrant color, with a predominance of magenta and pink tones. This secondary color combines perfectly with other pastel and neutral colors such as white, beige, or gray, adding a touch of freshness and energy.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Regarding general characteristics, this fabric is resistant, durable, and easy to maintain thanks to its waterproof finish. In addition, the printed color is vibrant and sharp, remaining intact over time.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, highlights include the confection of fashion garments such as trench coats and raincoats, as well as outdoor decoration with cushions and awnings. In the textile field for the home, it is recommended for making resistant and durable tablecloths.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, not to dry clean, and to iron at a cool temperature. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble dried to maintain the integrity of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that involves printing with special inks to make the colors permanent and resistant. This technique allows for vibrant and bright colors in a single pass, which reduces production time and costs.
