The base fabric of this textile is the Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its name reflects its main characteristic, waterproofness, which is combined with a granulated and rough texture to the touch. The solid color printed is a straw blonde yellow with a cyan ink of 14, magenta of 8, yellow of 54 and black of 0, which corresponds to a CMYK of 14 8 54 0. This secondary color achieves a harmonious and seasonal combination with browns, oranges and greens, giving it a warm and autumnal look.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. As for its general characteristics, the base fabric has a rough and grainy texture to the touch, being waterproof and visually opaque. It combines resistance and durability, which makes it optimal for use in trench coats, raincoats, outdoor cushions, awnings and tablecloths.
Regarding the attributes of the base fabric, we highlight the applications and uses, such as womens and mens fashion, outdoor decoration and home textiles. For the former, it is used in trench coats and raincoats, while for outdoor decoration the fabric is used for cushions and awnings, and in the home it is ideal for creating dining table covers.
The care that must be taken into account for the Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric are: do not bleach, do not dry clean, iron at cold temperature and do not tumble dry. It is important to follow these instructions to maintain its original appearance and characteristics.
Finally, it is important to highlight the printing technology, which is carried out by Sublimation (Polyester), a process by which high definition and quality designs are printed on polyester fabric. The ink turns into gas and adheres to the fabric, creating a durable print resistant to rubbing and water. This technique allows the printing of full-color designs, creating unique and personalized prints on the Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric.
