The base fabric of our waterproof fabric - Outdoor is a technical fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color we have chosen is lake green, which is composed of 49% cyan ink, 7% magenta, 78% yellow, and 0% black, with its CMYK being 49 7 78 0. This color conveys a feeling of freshness and vitality, evoking nature and the sea. It combines perfectly with earth colors, such as brown or beige, and with neutral tones such as white or gray.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. The base fabric also has several characteristics such as its waterproof finish, its granulated and rough texture, and an opaque appearance.
Given that the fabric has these characteristics, its most common applications and uses are fashion, for both men and women, in garments such as trench coats or raincoats, as well as in outdoor decoration, such as cushions or awnings. Specifically, in the textile/home sector, it is used to make tablecloths in dining rooms.
The care that must be taken into account for this fabric is simple: do not bleach, do not dry clean, iron at a cold temperature, and do not tumble dry. In this way, prolonged use of the fabric and its good preservation are ensured.
The printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation, which is based on the transfer of a printed design through heat, which allows the color to penetrate the fibers of the fabric. In this way, optimal image quality and permanent color fixation to the fabric are achieved.
