Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston

The base fabric is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid colors printed are pink and camel with a CMYK of 13 43 35 2. The pink color is a warm and soft tone that conveys sweetness and romance, while the camel color is earthy and elegant, a symbol of resistance and stability. Both colors combine perfectly to bring a fresh and cozy touch to any garment. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the design is applied only to one side of the fabric and the fibers are not dyed.

The base fabric has a brushed finish that makes it soft and warm to the touch, perfect for winter and autumn/winter 2021 garments. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable as it is made from recycled materials. The fabric is ideal for manufacturing sweatshirts, toiletry bags, backpacks, tracksuits, and other sports accessories for women, men, and children.

To maintain the fabric in the best conditions, certain care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, not ironing it, and tumble drying at reduced temperature.

Finally, the fabric is produced using sublimation printing technology on polyester, a high-quality printing technique that produces a vibrant and durable image on the fabric. The ink is applied by heat and pressure, turning into gas and penetrating the fabric fibers for greater quality and durability.
