The base fabric for this material is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its brushed finish provides a soft and comfortable texture to the touch. The solid color printed is Desert Sand Brown, which is a warm, earthy tone that conveys a feeling of warmth and comfort. Its CMYK is 23 54 44 12, which indicates a predominance of magenta and a low intensity of black, thus creating a harmonious combination of brown and beige tones.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but digitally printed on one side. It should be noted that it is important to take care of the fabric from rubbing and wear, since being printed, the color may lose intensity over time and use.
Regarding its characteristics, this fabric is ideal for making sweatshirts and clothing for winter and autumn. In addition, due to its composition and finish, it is resistant and durable, which makes it perfect for making toiletry bags, backpacks and sports tracksuits. The Desert Sand Brown color combines especially well with beige, dark brown and gray tones, allowing for versatile and elegant designs.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and do not iron. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene and tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is Sublimation (polyester), which is done using special printers that use sublimation-based inks that adhere to the fabric through high temperatures and pressure. This technique allows for sharper and more precise designs, as well as having great resistance to fading and rubbing.
