The base fabric Sweatshirt - Boston 100% POLYESTER with a weight of 220 gr/m2 is a plain color printed in a Cigar Pure Brown tone, which is rendered on the fabric using Cyan 33, Magenta 46, Yellow 71, and Black 28 inks, expressed as CMYK: 33 46 71 28. This color is presented as an earthy, warm, and inviting tone, inspired by nature and providing a sense of comfort. This tone pairs perfectly with other warm and dark colors, such as green, red, and golden tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with this plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it great quality and definition. The fabric also features a brushed finish, providing a soft and comfortable feel, ideal for winter clothing.
General characteristics include high resistance to wear and pilling, as well as quick drying and high breathability. Furthermore, its polyester composition gives it great stability and durability, resistant to deformation and aging, ensuring a long lifespan for garments made with this fabric.
Regarding its applications and uses, in addition to its use in manufacturing sweatshirts and tracksuits, it is also ideal for making toiletry bags, backpacks, and other fashion accessories. Its use is suitable for both men and women and children, and it is especially appropriate for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.
It is important to consider the care this fabric requires for proper preservation, which includes no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and avoiding ironing and dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. It is also recommended to tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows direct printing on polyester by applying a special transfer that melts onto the fabric surface when subjected to high temperatures and pressure, providing high quality and resistance in the print.
