Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston

The base fabric of this sweatshirt is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, composed of 100% polyester and with a weight of 220 gr/m2. Its plain printed color is a mix of brown and maroon with a CMYK of 42 65 50 52. This secondary color deepens into earthy and ocher tones, evoking warm and cozy sensations, and combines especially well with other neutral colors such as beige or grey. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.

The base fabric of this textile has characteristics that make it ideal for winter and autumn/winter sportswear and casual wear. Its brushed finish makes it especially soft to the touch, allowing for greater comfort when wearing it, and in turn improves body heat retention, offering excellent protection for cold days. In addition, its width of 160 cm allows for a wide variety of applications and uses, such as the manufacture of sweatshirts, toiletry bags, backpacks or tracksuits, among others.

Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and not to iron it. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and it admits dry cleaning except trichloroethylene. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows direct printing on the fabric through the application of ink on a transfer, which adheres to the fabric through heat and pressure. This process offers a high quality image, vibrant and durable, suitable for clothing and that does not affect the softness and flexibility of the fabric.
