The base fabric is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed is a bright Yellow, with an ink composition of 5% Cyan, 0% Magenta, 90% Yellow and 0% Black, resulting in a CMYK of 5 0 90 0. This secondary color is an intense and vibrant tone, conveying light and vitality. It is a color that combines particularly well with other warm colors, such as red or orange.
It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side. In addition, the fabric is characterized by its brushed finish, which provides softness and comfort in contact with the skin.
The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is ideal for sportswear, such as sweatshirts and tracksuits, as well as for accessories such as backpacks and toiletry bags. It is also suitable for mens and womens fashion, particularly for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season. In addition, it has GRS certification and is a sustainable and recycled fabric, making it an environmentally friendly option.
It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, without bleaching, and ironing is not recommended. However, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
As for the printing technology used, it is sublimation, which allows for excellent color fixation on the fabric and high precision in the details of the printed image. This technique uses water-based pigments that are vaporized and bind to the fabric fiber through a process of pressure and heat, resulting in a durable and wash-resistant print.
