The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is a polyester fabric with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is Wine Red, with CMYK ink values of 34 82 57 47. This color is symbolically elegant and sophisticated, and technically presents a high-intensity hue thanks to the high percentage of magenta and a touch of yellow. Wine Red combines particularly well with gray and brown tones, as well as with other shades of red to create harmonious combinations. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side and is not a dyed fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the base fabric is soft and comfortable thanks to its brushed finish, which makes it perfect for clothing and accessories. The polyester composition allows for excellent durability and wear resistance, as well as good moisture-wicking and quick-drying capabilities. Regarding the printed color, ink sublimation on polyester ensures high quality and durable fixation, resistant to washing and sun exposure.
The applications and uses of the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston are wide, such as fashion garments for men and women like sweatshirts, tracksuits, and toiletry bags, as well as accessories like backpacks. The fabric is very suitable for the Autumn/Winter 2021 season due to its thermal insulation and comfort characteristics.
Regarding care, the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is suitable for machine washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing is not recommended, and it is advisable to tumble dry at a reduced temperature. Avoid using bleach to maintain the vibrant and bright color.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which allows the image to be printed on special paper with sublimation inks and transferred by heat and pressure to the fabric. Sublimation allows for deep and uniform ink penetration into the polyester and high-definition image quality, with permanent fixation that resists light exposure and washing.
