Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston

The base fabric is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, a sweatshirt fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The plain printed color is a Chlorine Green tone, whose CMYK of 55 0 68 0 indicates a dominance of green and yellow with a low percentage of cyan and black. This color evokes nature, freshness, and vitality. It combines with neutral tones such as white, gray, and black, as well as with brown shades that accentuate its greenish hue.

This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. The brushed finish provides softness and comfort to the garment.

Among the characteristics of the fabric, its ability to keep the body warm stands out, making it a perfect fabric for use in winter and autumn/winter 2021 garments. In addition, its polyester composition makes it ideal for making athletic sweatshirts and tracksuits for men, women, and children.

Regarding care, it is necessary to consider that the fabric should not be bleached, washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, it does not allow ironing, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This technique consists of transferring a specialized ink onto paper, which is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process guarantees color fastness and print quality.
