The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is made of 100% POLYESTER with a weight of 220 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm, and the solid printed color is Ultramarine Blue with a CMYK of 99 71 26 11. The color is characterized by being a deep and dark blue, evoking a feeling of calm and stability. The secondary color is a combination of cyan blue and violet, which gives it a unique hue that perfectly matches earth tones, browns, yellows, and greens.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the dye is permanently fixed into the fabric fibers through a sublimation process. The fabric is soft and comfortable to the touch due to its brushed finish.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, we highlight its versatility and durability, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses. It is ideal for making sweatshirts and tracksuits, toiletry bags, fashion accessories such as backpacks and handbags, among others.
It is important to note that the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston requires special care to maintain its quality and durability. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and not to iron. Additionally, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature and allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology applied to this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the desired design on special paper with sublimatic inks. Subsequently, the paper is placed on the fabric and subjected to high temperatures, which allows the inks to turn into gas and permanently fix onto the fabric, achieving crisp and durable image quality.
