The base fabric, Elastic Tulle - Oslo, is a tulle composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, which gives it a soft elasticity. In addition, it has a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is a madder pink, with a CMYK content of 2 94 75 0. This color is a warm, deep tone that conveys passion and energy. It combines very well with neutral tones such as black, beige, and white, but can also be contrasted with stronger tones such as red and blue.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric has a transparent visual texture and a delicate and elastic feel, making it ideal for womens fashion garments, lingerie, accessories, and childrens clothing. Furthermore, it is a timeless fabric that adapts to any season.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, in addition to those mentioned previously, it can be used to make skirts, dresses, bras, briefs, bodies, and hosiery. Due to its soft elasticity, it is also perfect for garments that require a comfortable and flexible fit.
It is important to keep in mind that for the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, the garment does not allow dry cleaning and cannot be ironed or tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high-quality and durable printing on polyester fabrics. In this process, the ink turns into vapor and penetrates the fabric fibers, which guarantees a sharp and brilliant print without leaving residues on the fabric surface.
