Elastic Tulle - Oslo

The base fabric of this textile is Elastic Tulle - Oslo, with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, and a weight of 80 gr/m2. Its width is 147cm, and its care instructions require no bleaching or ironing, and washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Its application in fashion ranges from dresses, skirts, lingerie, and hosiery, among others. The ideal season for the fabric is timeless. The solid printed color is brown with a cognac hue, achieved with CMYK 29 63 75 28. This color inspires serenity and elegance, allowing for a wide range of combination possibilities. Brown adds a warm tone to neutral colors, combines very well with vibrant tones, and enhances the range of golds, coppers, and yellows.

Elastic tulle stands out for its transparency and texture, while also being delicate to the touch and elastic to provide a better fit to the figure. Its solid printed color adapts perfectly to its light and transparent texture with a smooth transition of tones. This ability is achieved only through digital textile printing technology, which guarantees single-sided printing while preserving the properties of the base fabric as much as possible.

Regarding its general characteristics, the base fabric has applications in both womens and mens fashion, from lingerie to childrens accessories. Its elasticity provides comfort and movement in garments such as fitted dresses and bras, allowing the garment to adapt to the figure. It is important to note that the base fabric does not allow tumble drying or dry cleaning. In addition, bleaching or ironing is not recommended. The maximum permitted washing temperature is 30ºC.

To achieve the solid color print on the fabric, the sublimation technique on polyester is used. This process consists of printing through the transfer of ink from the transfer paper onto the fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures the preservation of all the fabrics properties during the printing process, guaranteeing high quality in color reproduction, contrast, and saturation.
