This base fabric is Elastic Tulle - Oslo, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color is Melon Yellow with a CMYK of 2 38 96 0. This secondary color is a vibrant blend of yellow and some orange tones, reflecting fun, energy, and freshness. This color is perfect for spring/summer womens fashion and combines perfectly with pastel tones, white, or black, highlighting the colors shades. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The base fabric has general characteristics that make it ideal for both womens fashion and lingerie. It is an elastic fabric with a transparent visual and tactile texture that makes it perfect for garments that require movement and fluidity, such as skirts or dresses. In addition, its elasticity allows it to adapt perfectly to the body, making it an ideal fabric for lingerie. It is timeless, meaning it can be used in any season of the year.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very varied and range from womens and childrens fashion to lingerie and accessories. In womens fashion, it is used for making skirts and dresses due to its transparency and fluid texture. In lingerie, it is used for bras, panties, and bodysuits due to its elasticity and adaptability. It is also an ideal fabric for complementing outfits with stockings, thanks to its softness and transparency.
The care that should be taken into account for this type of fabric is very important since its delicacy requires specific treatment. It should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, ironing is not allowed, and it cannot be tumble dried. It is also important not to dry clean the garment.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique in which the ink goes directly from a solid state to a gaseous state, without passing through a liquid state. This process allows the ink to penetrate the fibers of the fabric, providing high-quality printing that is durable and resistant to washing.
