The base fabric is Elastic Tulle - Oslo, a tulle composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a grammage of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color is Nickel-Titanium Yellow, with a cyan ink of 5, magenta of 0, yellow of 70, and black of 0, which translates to a CMYK of 5 0 70 0. This secondary color is a luminous yellow hue that evokes joy and energy. It combines especially well with nature colors, such as greens, earthy tones, blues, and browns.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a conventionally dyed fabric but rather printed with a high-quality digital technique. The general characteristics of the base fabric include its transparent and elastic texture, and its common use in womens fashion garments and lingerie, for both adults and children. In turn, the solid printed color adds luminosity and vitality to any garment made with this type of fabric.
Regarding the applications or uses of the fabric, highlights include dresses, skirts, bras, bralettes, panties, bodysuits, and stockings, among others. It is also widely used in bridal wear and fashion accessories. Due to its soft and elastic texture, it is a versatile option for making both fitted and loose garments.
As for the care it requires, the fabric should not be bleached, ironed, or dry-cleaned, and its maximum washing temperature should be 30°C. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble-dried. These cares are essential to preserve the quality and durability of the fabric, and to ensure that the colors do not lose intensity or degrade over time.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This digital textile printing technique allows designs and colors to be more precise and faithful to the original image desired to be transferred onto the fabric, achieving exceptional print quality and a wide range of colors.
