The base fabric is Elastic Tulle - Oslo, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid color printed is Russian green, with a CMYK ink combination of 64 25 67 8. This color is characterized by its freshness and vitality, evoking natural landscapes and with a patriotic connotation. It goes well with blues, pinks, and pastel yellows. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of Elastic Tulle are its visual texture and transparency, while its feel is thin and elastic. On the other hand, the solid printed color is resistant to washing and does not lose its intensity, maintaining its brightness and definition in the fabric.
The applications and uses of Elastic Tulle range from fashion dresses and skirts for women and men, to lingerie itself such as bras, panties, bodysuits, and wedding dresses. In addition, it is used in childrens fashion, accessories such as stockings and other ornaments. Thanks to the elasticity of the fabric, it is ideal for close-fitting garments, offering comfort and a soft feel.
It is important to consider the care of Elastic Tulle, avoiding bleaching and ironing at all costs. A warm water wash at a maximum of 30℃ is recommended, and it should not be tumble dried. Also, the garment does not admit dry cleaning.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of Elastic Tulle is sublimation, where a thermal transfer process of ink occurs through heat and pressure on the fabric. The ink transforms into gas while penetrating the fabric, adhering permanently to it. This guarantees high quality and sharpness in the printed image, in addition to providing great durability to the fabric.
