Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel base fabric is a tweed fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, ideal for making fashion garments in autumn and winter. The plain color printed on this fabric is a combination of orange and corn yellow, with a CMYK of 14 31 73 3. This color is vibrant and cheerful, perfect for adding a touch of freshness to winter garments. It combines well with neutral tones such as gray and black, as well as with complementary colors such as blue.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the printed color is only on one side of the fabric and does not penetrate it entirely. The general characteristics of the fabric are its rigid texture to the touch, which makes it ideal for making structured garments.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we find that it is suitable for making jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, and bomber jackets, for both women and men. It can also be used for making cushions in the living room, bedroom, or kitchen, and for producing bow ties and caps. In addition, it is ideal for making sports vests for men, women, and children.
It is important to take into account the proper care for this fabric, which includes washing it at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, avoiding bleaching and tumble drying, and ironing it at a cool temperature. The fabric allows dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which uses a special ink to transfer the printed design from paper to fabric through heat and pressure. This allows the fabric to have high print quality and durable colors.
