Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel base fabric, of Tweed type, is composed of 100% POLYESTER, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its plain printed color is orange, cadmium, with a combination of Cyan ink of 13, Magenta ink of 49, Yellow ink of 82 and Black ink of 3, with a CMYK of 13 49 82 3. This secondary color symbolizes energy and vitality, it is also a warm and cozy color that combines very well with brown, cream and gray tones.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the fabric include a rigid texture, which makes it ideal for outdoor garments. In addition, the plain printed color has a high definition, with great sharpness and precision in the details.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, it is worth highlighting its varied applications and uses, such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, cushions, bow ties, caps, sports vests, shorts, bermudas, among others. This is due to the versatility of the fabric and its ability to maintain its shape and structure, making it suitable for both clothing and accessories and decorative elements.
It is important to take into account the necessary care to maintain the quality of the fabric, such as avoiding bleaching, a maximum washing temperature of 30°C, dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, cold ironing and no tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (POLYESTER), which allows high precision and definition in the printing of designs and colors, as well as greater durability and resistance to washing and fading.
