The base fabric of this textile is a Chanel Tweed, a 100% polyester Tweed-type fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a Persian rose tone, with a combination of 3% cyan ink, 62% magenta ink, 0% yellow ink, and 0% black ink, resulting in a CMYK of 3 62 0 0. This Persian rose tone is a feminine and elegant color, characterized by its depth and strength, and it combines well with neutral and cool tones such as gray, white, and blue.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but is printed on one side to achieve the desired shade. Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its rigid texture, which gives structure and stiffness to the garments made with it. As for the solid printed color, it adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to garments, perfectly complementing all kinds of prints and designs.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we find that it is ideal for making fashion garments for both men and women, such as jackets, blazers, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, among others. It is also an excellent option for decoration in living room, bedroom, and kitchen cushions, and for making shorts, Bermuda shorts, bow ties, and caps.
It is important to note that to care for this fabric, bleaching should be avoided, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is recommended except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not use a tumble dryer to dry the finished garment.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is an ink transfer process performed using high temperature and pressure. During this process, the ink transforms into a gaseous state and penetrates the polyester fibers of the fabric, creating a resistant and durable print. This printing technology is widely used in the textile industry for creating high-quality, durable custom designs on all types of garments.
