Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric, Tweed - Chanel, is a tweed fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is a combination of brown and ochre, with a CMYK content of 24 94 100 21. The resulting color is energetic and sophisticated, capable of bringing warmth and depth to any garment or accessory. The blend of these tones creates an earthy and sober effect, perfect for suits, coats, and jackets. The ochre brown combines well with other earthy and neutral tones such as beige, gray, and black.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures sharp definition and faithfulness to the design. The base fabric has a rigid and consistent texture to the touch, making it perfect for structured and formal garments.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric are its resistance, durability, and ease of handling. In addition, its polyester composition makes it wrinkle-resistant and suitable for maintaining optimal conditions for longer. The most common application of this fabric is in fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, shorts, as well as accessories like caps and bow ties.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and is not suitable for tumble dryers.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a technique in which the design is transferred from a special printed paper to the fabric using a heat press. This ensures high print quality and a wide variety of colors and designs to meet the specific needs of each customer.
