Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric is Tweed - Chanel, composed of 100% polyester and with a weight of 420 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is liver brown, with a cyan ink of 35, magenta ink of 82, yellow ink of 82, and black ink of 51. The CMYK of the solid color is 35 82 82 51. This color has a brown base with intense red tones that provide depth and personality to the fabric. It combines perfectly with dark tones, such as black and gray, and also with lighter tones such as beige and white.
The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather has been printed on one side. Among its general characteristics, its rigid texture and feel stand out. The fabric has multiple applications and uses, ideal for both womens and mens fashion, mainly used in jackets, blazers, coats/trench coats, skirts, dresses, blousons/vests, and shorts/bermudas. In addition, it is also used for making bow ties, bedroom cushions, kitchen, living room, and outdoor cushions. It is also used in the sports field, specifically in vests.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and it allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process is carried out at high temperature and pressure, allowing the ink to transfer to the fabric, providing unique and durable image quality. Polyester sublimation is a technique that allows the creation of personalized designs, with precise details, color uniformity, and high definition.
