The base fabric of this garment is a Chanel tweed made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a bakers brown, with a CMYK content of 29 37 48 16. This dark tone has a stiff appearance that gives an enveloping elegance to the garment. It combines perfectly with earth and ochre tones, counteracting its dark tone with lighter shades.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, and therefore, it is not a dyed fabric but a printed one. As for the characteristics of the base fabric, it has a rigid texture and feel, giving elegance and sophistication to the fabric. In addition, the printed bakers brown gives a sober and elegant tone to the garment.
The base fabric is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, and bomber jackets. Also, in the textile/home sector, it can be used to create cushions for the living room, bedroom, or kitchen. It can also refer to outdoor uses such as decoration. In terms of fashion, it is suitable for creating shorts and Bermudas, bow ties, and even sports vests for women, men, and children.
As for its care, it is recommended not to bleach the garment, maintain a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC, avoid the use of trichloroethylene, iron at a low temperature, and do not use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used is polyester sublimation, a technique that allows high-quality images to be printed on synthetic fabrics, especially polyester. The process uses an ink system that vaporizes into the fabric through pressure and heat, transferring onto it and penetrating the fabric fibers, resulting in a high-definition and durable image.
