Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric is a Tweed - Chanel composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color features shades of purple and purplish with a CMYK of 54 77 0 0. This secondary color is characterized by being enigmatic, creative, and refined, as well as mysterious and a little nostalgic. The printed color combines well with dark tones such as black, navy blue, or gray, as well as with light colors such as white and cream.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed but printed on one side. The fabric has a rigid texture to the touch which gives it greater resistance and durability.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, we find great versatility of uses and applications. The Tweed - Chanel is suitable for making fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses or bomber jackets, as well as for manufacturing living room, bedroom or kitchen cushions, and for outdoor cushion decoration. It can also be used in fashion accessories such as bow ties, caps or sports vests.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is possible as long as trichloroethylene is not used. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, this fabric is printed using sublimation technology, which uses liquid ink and a heat process to fix the image on the fabric. This process allows for high print quality with great color fidelity and high durability.
