Tweed - Chanel

The Tweed Chanel base fabric in solid Mimosa Yellow has the following CMYK: 6 26 72 0. The shade is vibrant and cheerful, evoking the energy and vitality of the sun. This shade is very versatile and combines well with complementary tones such as olive green and chocolate brown, but can also be used with analogous tones such as orange and red to create more intense combinations.

It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which provides excellent resolution and definition of patterns and designs. The Tweed Chanel base fabric is known for its rigid yet soft texture, providing a feeling of comfort and security. The grammage is 420 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm, which makes it suitable for a wide variety of projects.

The applications and uses of the Tweed Chanel base fabric are very varied. It is mainly used in fashion garments such as jackets, coats, skirts, dresses, blousons and vests for both men and women. It is also a very versatile fabric for making home textiles, such as cushions in living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens. In addition, thanks to its technical characteristics, it is suitable for creating accessories such as bow ties or caps.

Regarding the care of the base fabric, it is important to note that it does not allow bleaching and that its maximum washing temperature is 30°C. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at low temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this base fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of applying heat and pressure to the fabric with special pigments that sublimate, that is, they pass from a solid to a gaseous state without leaving solid residues. This results in greater definition and fidelity in the printing of patterns and designs on the fabric.
