Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric is a Tweed-Chanel, composed of 100% polyester with a grammage of 420 gr/m2, 150cm wide, and specific care instructions such as maximum temperatures of 30ºC and prohibition of bleaching or tumble drying. The fabric is used for various types of garments such as jackets, coats, skirts, dresses, shorts, among others, as well as for home decoration and accessories. The solid printed color is snow white with a cyan ink formula of 0, magenta of 3, yellow of 1, and black of 0, with a CMYK combination of 0 3 1 0.
The snow white color is elegant, fresh, and clean, evoking the idea of purity and clarity. Its soft and light tone makes it a very versatile color, easy to combine with other colors in a wide variety of shades, from neutrals to bright and striking ones. The secondary magenta ink color fits perfectly, signifying passion, creativity, and energy. It combines well with green and purple tones, complements light tones like pale pink, and intensifies alongside dark ones like black.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with a solid color on one side by digital textile printing, so it must be treated with care to maintain print quality. Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a rigid texture and a rough feel due to its polyester composition. As mentioned above, it is mainly used for fashion garments, sportswear, and home and ACCESSORIES.
Regarding the care required for the fabric, it is necessary to hand wash in warm water with neutral soap and iron at the appropriate temperature to avoid fabric deformation. If dry cleaning is required, the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided.
The printing technology for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that allows digital designs to be printed on synthetic fabrics using inks that solidify when heat and pressure are applied. This printing process is non-invasive and does not affect the texture or quality of the fabric. The inks permeate the surface of the fabric, which provides high-quality and durable printing. With this technique, colors can transmit textures, mix tones, and reproduce images with exceptional quality.
