Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric is Chanel Tweed, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Brick Red with a CMYK of 15 85 55 4. This color belongs to the warm range and is associated with energy, strength, and passion, as well as vitality and movement. It combines well with other warm shades such as yellow, browns, and oranges.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the fabric include a rigid texture and feel. This fabric is widely used in fashion, especially for jackets, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts or Bermuda shorts, and also in accessories such as bow ties and caps. In terms of home applications, it is used for cushions in living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens, as well as for outdoor decoration.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, certain care instructions must be followed. Do not bleach, the maximum washing temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, and dry cleaning is possible, as long as trichloroethylene is not used. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of Chanel Tweed is sublimation, which uses a thermal process to transfer ink from transfer paper to the fabric. In this process, the ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fibers, allowing the printed color to adhere durably and resist washing and daily use. This technology allows for high print quality and greater precision in the details of printed designs.
