Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric of this textile is a Tweed - Chanel, with a composition of 100% POLYESTER, a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a meadow green, which is achieved with the combination of Cyan Ink: 61, Magenta Ink: 22, Yellow Ink: 77 and Black Ink: 5, translated into CMYK code 61 22 77 5. This shade of green symbolizes youth, freshness and renewal, aspects closely related to fashion, decoration and home. As for its technique, POLYESTER sublimation is used to achieve single-sided digital textile printing.
The texture of the fabric is stiff to the touch, but this does not detract from the elegance and refinement sought by those who wear it. On the other hand, meadow green combines perfectly with brown and red, creating looks with a more rustic touch, while with white and gray it provides a more sophisticated and modern image.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with a single-sided solid color, which makes it ideal for clothing, accessories and decorative objects where prints are prioritized.
From the general use of the base fabric, it can be seen that Tweed - Chanel has a wide range of applications, covering both womens and mens fashion with jackets, blazers, coats, trenches, skirts, dresses, jackets and vests. The Polyester Tweed - Chanel fabric is also applied in interior decoration, especially for cushions in living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens. In addition, it is used for manufacturing caps, bow ties, shorts, bermudas and sports vests.
The recommended care for this fabric are: do not bleach, wash only at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning with trichloroethylene is not allowed, iron at a cold temperature and tumble drying is not allowed.
Finally, the POLYESTER sublimation technique used to produce this fabric consists of transferring the design previously printed on paper to the base fabric, achieving lasting image quality and exceptional detail. Sublimation is based on the transfer of ink in a gaseous state (from the paper surface) that adheres to the fabric surface through high-temperature contact, and thus the image is permanently printed on the fabric.
