Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed-Chanel base fabric, with a composition of 100% POLYESTER, is presented in an attractive light blue color, printed with a Cyan ink of 55%, Magenta of 3%, Yellow of 0% and Black of 0%, which together offers a soft and wintry effect.
This secondary color evokes feelings of freshness, tranquility, and serenity. It is a cool tone associated with the sky and water, transmitting a sense of peace and mental clarity. Additionally, light blue harmonizes with a wide range of colors, such as white, gray, beige, or pink, making it a versatile and easy-to-combine color.
It is worth noting that the Tweed-Chanel fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which provides high quality in the printed image and sharp definition.
The characteristics of the Tweed-Chanel base fabric are its rigid texture and its weight of 420 gr/m2, which makes this fabric resistant and durable. In addition, its width of 150 cm allows great versatility in the creation of garments and decorative items.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are the manufacture of jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, cushions, and bow ties, among others. It is also widely used for the manufacture of sports garments, such as vests.
It is important to mention that Tweed-Chanel fabric requires specific care to maintain its quality and durability over time. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Regarding printing technology, the Tweed-Chanel base fabric is printed using the sublimation technique on polyester, which allows high quality in the printed image and great sharpness in details. This printing technique is very resistant to washing and maintains the intensity of the colors for a long time.
