The base fabric we are discussing is Organic Viella - Moscow, a Viyella fabric composed of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 140 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm, and it is not recommended to bleach it, but dry cleaning and ironing at a warm temperature are permitted. This fabric is perfect for womens and mens fashion, such as dresses and shirts, as well as for home decoration, such as tablecloths and napkins. The digital textile printing used for its manufacture is direct reactive technology, and it is important to note that the solid color is printed on one side only.
The main color of this fabric is an intense brown, obtained using Cyan 24, Magenta 47, Yellow 71, and Black 14 inks. The final result is a hazelnut color with a very soft texture to the touch. The combination of these tones produces a feeling of comfort and warmth, making it an ideal choice for clothing and decorative accessories that seek to convey these sensations. The secondary color that stands out in this fabric is a deep yellow, which perfectly combines with the brown and ochre tones of the main color and creates a harmonious and balanced finish.
Organic Viella - Moscow is a soft and resistant fabric, ideal for making clothing and bedding. In addition, thanks to its organic cotton composition, it has a reduced environmental impact. The applications or uses recommended above are expanded by the versatility of the fabric, making it perfect for other projects such as cushions, curtains, and other home accessories.
It is important to note that this fabric should be treated with care when washing or ironing it. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and avoid tumble drying. Likewise, it is advisable not to use bleaching products and to dry clean it unless trichloroethylene is used.
The printing technology used to print the solid color on this fabric is direct reactive digital printing on natural fibers. This process involves the use of special inks that, when applied to the fabric, chemically bind to its fibers to ensure a high-quality and durable finish. With this technique, a large number of tones and nuances can be obtained to create a personalized, unique, and high-quality design.
