The base fabric is Organic Cotton Voile - Cupid, with a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Chinese yellow, with a CMYK of 4 12 72 0. This color symbolizes creativity, joy, and optimism, and technically it is a light and luminous tone that is very combinable with blue, green, and orange tones. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for high quality and definition of the design.
The base fabric has characteristics of softness and thinness in its texture and touch, which makes it suitable for clothing and delicate lingerie. The printed color brings a cheerful and luminous touch to the fabric, which is very suitable for summer garments and accessories. In addition, the fabric is organic and sustainable, certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), which means that strict production standards and limited chemical treatments have been met.
The applications and uses of the base fabric include womens and mens fashion, such as shirts and accessories, as well as bridal lingerie. These uses are due to the softness and delicacy of the fabric, which make it suitable for garments and accessories that require a light and breathable fabric.
It is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to use bleach. It is also advisable to iron at a warm temperature and avoid the use of trichloroethylene for dry cleaning. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS). This means that the ink is applied directly to the fabric and activated by a chemical reaction, which allows for high quality and definition of the design. In addition, this technology is environmentally friendly, as it reduces water and energy consumption compared to other printing methods.
