The base fabric used for this weave is Organic Cotton Voile - Cupid in a white shade. The solid color printed is Nankeen Yellow, which is composed of 19% Cyan ink, 26% Magenta ink, 43% Yellow ink, and 4% Black ink. This color has a connotation of warmth and energy; in combination with yellow, it adds a feeling of softness and joy. It pairs particularly well with shades of greens, oranges, and whites. This fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means the printed design is on one side and does not penetrate the fabric.
The base fabric is an organic cotton voile that has a soft and delicate texture and feel. It is also a thin fabric with a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. It is suitable for making fashion garments, accessories, and bridal lingerie. Additionally, it is GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certified, which means it complies with organic and sustainable standards. The color printed on the fabric boasts high quality in terms of intensity and sharpness, which ensures the color lasts longer.
When caring for this fabric, you should keep in mind that it should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It allows for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. It is important to consider these recommendations to avoid compromising the quality and stability of the fabric.
The technique used for printing is Reactive Direct Digital for natural fibers. This technology allows for direct digital printing on the fabric, enabling the creation of much more complex and varied designs. This process uses pigmented inks that chemically interact with natural fibers, ensuring the impregnation of manufacturing color to achieve a high-quality and durable design. It is one of the most recommended techniques for fabric printing due to its high precision and variety of design options.
