The base fabric is an Organic Cotton Voile - Cupid of 80 gr/m2 with a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is a Desire Red, composed of 0 Cyan ink, 87 Magenta ink, 56 Yellow ink, and 0 Black ink. This secondary color symbolizes passion, love, and desire, as well as energy and vitality. It pairs especially well with neutral tones, such as white or black, and also with complementary colors, such as green or blue. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only using digital textile printing, which gives it great quality and color definition.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and delicate touch, as well as its thinness, which makes it perfect for summer garments. The plain printed color, on the other hand, presents great intensity and saturation thanks to the printing technology used. The combination of both elements provides great versatility when using this fabric.
Among the most common applications and uses are mens and womens shirts, fashion accessories, and bridal lingerie. In addition, thanks to its organic composition and GOTS certification, this fabric is sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a warm temperature. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used is reactive direct digital, which is applied exclusively to natural fibers. This process consists of direct printing of the design onto the fabric using special inks that are fixed to the fabric through a steaming and drying process. This method guarantees higher image and color quality in the final result.
