The base fabric of this textile is an Organic Cotton Voile called Cupid, weighing 80 gr/m2 and 145 cm wide, with a composition of 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. The solid color printed is Caribbean Blue, achieved through a reactive direct digital textile printing technique, applying cyan (83), magenta (38), yellow (3), and black (0) inks, resulting in a CMYK of 83 38 3 0. This color evokes a sense of deep water, untouched nature, and tranquility, reminiscent of a tropical paradise. It pairs perfectly with yellow, white, and orange, and can also be combined with browns and grays for an elegant and sophisticated feel.
The base fabric has a soft texture and is thin to the touch, making it very pleasant and comfortable to wear in summer garments, such as shirts, accessories, and bridal lingerie. Thanks to its organic cotton composition and GOTS certification, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric.
The fabric should be cared for at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not use chlorine or bleach, it can be dry cleaned and ironed at a warm temperature. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, reactive direct digital textile printing technology is a technique where inks are applied directly onto the fabric and fixed through a chemical reaction process with the natural fibers of the fabric. This allows for a greater variety of designs and colors, and ensures high quality and precision in the details and nuances of the print.
