The base fabric for this garment is the Heathered Jersey Knit - Dubai, a 100% polyester knit fabric with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The printed design is complex in its simplicity, with a tropical style and a vector pattern of forest leaves and plants in various multicolored shades. Additionally, it perfectly combines with solid colors such as green, yellow, and black. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding its general characteristics, the Heathered Jersey Knit - Dubai has a tactile and smooth texture, as well as a translucent and heathered visual texture that gives it a unique appearance. Furthermore, it is elastic, which provides greater comfort and ease of use. Regarding the printed design, its complexity gives it a sophisticated and exotic aesthetic, evoking the nature of tropical forests.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, its use in fashion stands out, specifically in knit garments such as t-shirts for men and women. Its timeless season allows it to be used at any time of the year, while the sublimation printing technology on polyester ensures that the design remains intact for a long time.
The care instructions for this fabric are simple: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not permitted.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which uses heat and pressure to transfer the ink to the fabric. This method allows the design to have high definition and prolonged durability.
