Cotton Sateen - White Satin

The base fabric is Cotton Sateen, also known as White Satin, composed entirely of cotton with a weight of 168 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its soft feel and thin texture make it an ideal fabric for fashion applications such as shirts, dresses, and skirts, as well as for home textile products like pillowcases and sheets. The printed design adorning the fabric is a botanical style composed of artistic flowers and petals in pale lilac purple, light violet purple, and Klein blue tones, which can be perfectly combined with solid colors in white, black, and blue shades. The fabric is printed with reactive digital direct technology on natural fibers, which guarantees exceptional and durable print quality.

The combination of the fabric and the printed design allows for great versatility in its use, from garment manufacturing to home decoration, thanks to its softness and resistance. Additionally, digital textile printing allows for single-sided printing, increasing the lifespan of the design. It is necessary to consider the care requirements of the fabric: it is advisable not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron it at a warm temperature, use dry cleaning that does not include trichloroethylene, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used on this fabric is reactive direct digital, which uses special inks that chemically adhere to the fabric fibers, achieving a durable and detailed print. This process is carried out using special digital printers that allow for the creation of unique and personalized designs in large quantities.
