The Organic Viyella Fabric - Moscow is a soft and comfortable fabric made from 100% organic cotton with a weight of 140 gr/m2. Its printed design, inspired by floral nature, features artistic flowers in multi-colors with a decorative and vintage style. It could be combined with plain fabrics in cream, dark blue, or mustard yellow tones. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The general characteristics of this fabric include its softness to the touch and its sustainability thanks to its organic cotton composition and its GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification. The printed design adds a sense of elegance and sophistication to the fabric, making it suitable for fashion applications, for both women and men, in dresses and shirts. It is also suitable for home use, such as tablecloths and napkins in the dining room, or for bedding like pajamas.
It is important to note that this fabric requires special care for maintenance: it should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is safe except for trichloroethylene. Iron at a warm temperature and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is direct reactive digital printing for natural fibers. The printing is done on one side of the fabric, which means that the fabric itself carries the printed design and it is not applied over a printed layer. Thanks to this technology, high definition and printing quality are achieved, with a lower environmental impact by reducing water and energy consumption in the manufacturing process.
