The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, which gives it a soft touch and a slight elasticity that makes it very comfortable. Its grammage is 280 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. This fabric features an abstract printed design, with brushstrokes and modern art techniques that offer a brilliant and complex visual effect. The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin, printed with the one-sided digital textile print design, boasts general characteristics such as softness, comfort, and the elegance provided by its abstract printed design. Furthermore, the printing technology ensures that the design remains sharp and vibrant over time. Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is perfect for furniture decoration, upholstery of chairs, sofas, and armchairs, as well as for making fashion garments such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, and blazers, as well as accessories like bags and backpacks.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning, and only dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene is allowed. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves transferring ink through heat and pressure to a synthetic fabric base, such as this corduroy fabric. This ensures high-quality printing and maintains bright colors with the use of the garment or printed fabric.
