The Dubai Mélange Jersey Knit fabric is perfect for creating womens and mens fashion garments, especially t-shirts. Its composition of 100% polyester and a light weight of 135 gr/m2 offer a smooth and elastic texture to the touch and sight, with a subtle mélange effect that gives the fabric some depth. The printed design with intense and vibrant colors features a botanical style with artistic flowers, roses, and flowers in general. Its multicolored base allows it to be easily combined with solid colors in light and dark tones, such as white, black, gray, yellow, light blue, and pale pink.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric and not on both, which allows for more comfortable and precise work for creating garments.
In terms of its characteristics, the fabric is elastic and translucent, which makes it perfect for fitted or loose-cut garments. In addition, it is resistant to wear and deformation, which guarantees its resistance to daily use and washing. Therefore, it is recommended not to bleach it or wash it at temperatures above 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned with suitable products, but not with trichloroethylene. It is preferable to iron at low temperature and not to tumble dry.
Finally, the fabric is manufactured using digital textile printing technology, which allows for high precision and quality in the creation of complex and personalized designs, with great reproduction of details and colors. This printing technique uses special inks that are fixed to the fabric through a drying and steaming process, which guarantees long-lasting quality resistant to daily use and washing.
