The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra, Cairo model, 220 gr/m2, 150 cm wide. Its composition is 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which makes it elastic, soft, and chlorine-resistant. Additionally, it has a very high UV protection factor of 50+ and is printed with a single-sided patterned design using digital textile printing. The design features main multi-colors, with a modern and decorative art theme.
This printed design can perfectly combine with solid colors such as black or white, as it has a large number of tones and shades that allow it to fit with different combinations. Both the fabric and the printed design present excellent quality in terms of texture and feel, making it ideal for fashion and sportswear.
The Cairo model Polyester Lycra has a wide variety of applications and uses, such as sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie like bodies and bras, knitwear and tops for fashion, scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits. This is due to its high elasticity and water resistance, which makes it perfect for sporty swimwear.
To keep the fabric in good condition, some care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not tumble drying, and ironing at a cool temperature. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring the ink through a sublimation process of solid ink particles to gas and then depositing them on the fabric. This process guarantees high quality and sharpness of the printed design on the fabric.
