The base fabric is the Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. The printed design is decorative in style with floral motifs of roses, wild flowers, and artistic flowers, in a multicolored combination. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric include its softness and elasticity, making it comfortable to wear and easy to manipulate in the creation of various garments. The printed design provides a cheerful and floral look, ideal for the winter and autumn / winter 2021 season. This multicolored design can be combined with plain colors from the fabrics palette, such as white, black, and pastel shades like pink and light green.
The fabric is suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses, including the manufacture of knitwear such as sweaters, cardigans, dresses, tops, and accessories like scarves and hair ornaments. It is also a good option for making bedding and napkins for the home.
The fabric requires special care to ensure its durability and quality over time. It should not be bleached or tumble dried, and ironing at a low temperature is recommended. The fabric allows for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. With this technique, the ink turns into vapor and adheres to the fabric fibers, creating a permanent and wear-resistant design. Additionally, this technique allows for the printing of complex and detailed designs with a wide variety of colors, such as those in the printed design of this fabric.
