The base fabric of our product is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, a 100% polyester gauze fabric with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, ideal for making lingerie and wedding dresses. As for its printed design, it stands out for its simplicity and its vectorial pattern composed of circles, polka dots, and dots in neon blue, cotton white, and butterfly blue tones. This design can be complemented with other plain colors like white or black to create a vibrant and balanced contrast.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is present on only one side of the fabric. As for its characteristics, the visual texture is transparent and the tactile texture is delicate due to its thinness. The printed design, on the other hand, is very simple in terms of complexity and is characterized by its vectorial pattern shape and by its circles, polka dots, and dots.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, this material is suitable for lingerie, dresses, skirts for women and men, sarongs, scarves, among others. Thanks to its transparency and softness, it is perfect for elegant and delicate garments.
It is important to consider the care this fabric should receive. It cannot be bleached and the maximum washing temperature is 30°C. Dry cleaning is possible except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be at a cool temperature. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process involves the transfer of ink from special paper to the fabric through heat and pressure. The final result is a detailed, colorful, and durable design.
