The fabric in question is the Cotton Feel Jersey Knit - Athens, a knit fabric composed mainly of polyester along with acrylic and elastane, making it elastic and soft to the touch. Its weight is 239 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm, allowing its use in a wide variety of fashion, home, and childrens garments and accessories.
The printed design is very simple and consists of a vectorial pattern of circles and dots in neon blue, cotton white, and butterfly blue tones. The main colors of the design give it a modern and current look, making it ideal for fashion garments and accessories.
In addition to these tones, the print combines perfectly with solid colors such as white, black, gray, or dark blue, allowing for endless combinations in different garments. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which ensures sharpness and durability in the design.
The fabric has several characteristics that make it ideal for use in different applications. On the one hand, it has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it perfect for fitted and moving clothing. On the other hand, the print is very versatile and can be used in both fashion garments and accessories of all kinds.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned, this fabric can be used in the production of pajamas, jerseys, tops, dresses, cardigans, blankets, and napkins, among others. Its design makes it especially suitable for childrens clothing and accessories such as socks, scarves, and neckerchiefs.
As for care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It is important to note that it cannot be tumble dried, as it could affect the quality of the fabric and the design.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation on polyester, which consists of transferring the design from paper to fabric by applying heat and pressure.
